Wyoming Republican Party investigating internal dispute
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming Republican Party is investigating an incident involving two party officials.
Party Chairman W. Frank Eathorne says an “alleged altercation” occurred the evening of Feb. 23.
Eathorne says party Executive Director Kristi Wallin initiated a complaint in the matter and it is now under investigation.
The Casper Star-Tribune reported that Eathorne says the incident involved Wallin and party secretary Charles Curley.
Wallin is a paid staff member of the party while Curley was elected secretary by party members.
