Idaho State names Sammi Stuart new head volleyball coach

May 1, 2019

Idaho State has hired Sammi Stuart as its next head volleyball coach, the school announced Tuesday.

Stuart will hold her introductory press conference at noon Wednesday at Reed Gym. She is the 10th ISU head volleyball coach in program history.

Stuart, who was most recently an assistant coach at Utah State spent four seasons at USU, where she was the recruiting coordinator, coached defense and developed scouting reports, according to her USU biography.

Stuart replaces Rick Reynolds, who left his ISU head coaching job in March after tallying a 69-58 record in four years with the Bengals.
