GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) _ Kristy Loiselle scored 19 points, and No. 21 Wisconsin-Green Bay won the Horizon League championship with a 75-50 victory Saturday over Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Green Bay (22-3, 13-1) has won or shared the conference title in each of coach Kevin Borseth’s five seasons. The Phoenix won this one with two conference games remaining.

Green Bay took control early with an 18-0 run to go ahead 22-5 just eight minutes into the game.

Twice, Milwaukee (13-12, 9-5) closed the gap to eight points, but both times the Phoenix responded.

Late in the first half, a pair of 3-pointers by Milwaukee’s Jessica Wilhite brought the Panthers within 29-21. But Tiffany Mor’s back-to-back inside baskets restored a double-digit lead for Green Bay.

Then, midway through the second half, Wilhite fed Molly O’Brien down low to get Milwaukee within 46-38. But Loiselle made consecutive baskets to begin a 14-4 Green Bay run that sealed the game.

Mor added 15 points for the Phoenix, including 13 in the first half. Natalie Yudt had 12 and Chandra Johnson 10.

Milwaukee got 16 points from Wilhite and 14 from Maria Viall.

O’Brien had eight points and eight rebounds.
