Pike County President Judge Gregory Chelak sentenced:

Justin Thomas Vonsee, 29, Milford, PA, 14 months and 180 days to 48 months in a state correctional facility and $2,425 fine for fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer, false ID to law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license is suspended or revoked on June 12, 2017, and Aug. 30, 2018, in Dingman Twp.

Michael Edward Shrek, 34, Dingmans Ferry, one to five years in a state correctional facility, $1,700 fine and 18 month driver’s license suspension for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 21, 2018, in Delaware Twp.

Harold Thompson Jr., 57, Milford, 34 months to eight years in a state correctional facility and $500 fine for criminal attempt to commit burglary on Nov. 13 in Milford Twp.

Theodore Potts, 33, New­found­land, two to four years in a state correctional facility and $9,000 fine for fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer, DUI and driving while operating privileges are suspended on May 1, 2015, in Greene Twp.

Megan Elizabeth Dewland, 20, Milford, six months of probation and $300 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 3 in Blooming Grove Twp.

Kimberly Eliasa Messing, 29, Montrose, N.Y., 10 days to two years in the Pike County Jail, followed by three years of probation, a $1,000 fine and 12 month driver’s license suspension for DUI, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct on Aug. 20, 2017, in Delaware Twp.

Terry Lee Rieman, 19, Green­town, 12 months of probation and $300 fine for receiving stolen property on June 5 in Palmyra Twp.

Cody Allyn Cunningham, 19, Tafton, 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail, $300 fine and 12 month driver’s license suspension for DUI on March 31, 2018, in Palmyra Twp.

Randy P. Kern, 54, Mata­moras, 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail, $500 fine and 12 month driver’s license suspension for DUI on Oct. 28 in Matamoras.

Devon Norman Orebek, 20, Milford, 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail, $1,000 fine and 12 month driver’s license suspension for DUI on Aug. 28.

Erin Elizabeth Bratton, 35, Milford, two years of probation and $500 fine for retail theft in August in Westfall Twp.

Vanessa D. Lentz, 42, Greentown, six to 23 months in the Pike County Jail and $500 fine for theft from a motor vehicle on Oct. 17 in Greene Twp.

Melissa Anne Hereghty, 41, Hawley, five years of the IP Pike Care Program, including three months of house arrest, a $1,500 fine and 18 month driver’s license suspension for DUI on June 11 in Palmyra Twp.

William David Bambrick, 55, Belleville, N.J., six to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and $2,100 fine for DUI, disorderly conduct and several summaries on Oct. 27 in Lackawaxen Twp.

Brandon Lee Sullum, 27, Honesdale, 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail, $1,000 fine and 12 month driver’s license suspension for DUI on June 21 in Palmyra Twp.

Brendan Matthew Boulanger, 20, Milford, 12 months of probation and $600 fine for retail theft and public drunkenness on Sept. 9 in Blooming Grove Twp.

Dmytro Gnatyuk, 43, Brook­lyn, N.Y., 12 months of probation and $2,100 fine for DUI, recklessly endangering another person and simple trespass on Aug. 8 in Delaware Twp.

Richard Edward Melendez, 29, Bushkill, 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail and $700 fine for DUI and driving while operating privilege is suspended on June 19 in Porter Twp.

Alan Joseph Mermelstein, 39, Dingmans Ferry, 12 months of probation and $300 fine for receiving stolen property on June 21 in Delaware Twp.
