Burt Reynolds - So Long To “The Man”

September 8, 2018

Burt Reynolds, one of my favorite actors whose credits included acclaimed films such as “Deliverance” and commercial hits like “Smokey and the Bandit” and the “Cannonball Run” movies died yesterday.

The handsome film and television star died at age 82, according to his agent Todd Eisner.

During a long, Reynolds starred in the Oscar-winning film “Deliverance” in 1972 and the Oscar-nominated “Boogie Nights” in 1997. And he had a hit TV show in the 1990s with “Evening Shade.”

I’ll remember him from some of my favorite movies growing up, rest easy Burt. You left a smile on our faces!!
