Radic says: ‘We’ve got to move on’

BULLHEAD CITY — The Lady T-birds have been very competitive during head volleyball coach Zdenko Radic’s during his seven-season, three-game tenure, and it is a rare to see them get swept at home.

Yet it happened to his T-birds against the Lee Williams High School Lady Volunteers on Tuesday night.

“During the last two games we had really good serving games, and I was really hoping that we’re going to get it tonight, too,” Radic said. “We’ve got to move on and learn from that,” he added. “You’ve got to go on the floor, step it up and play your best all of the time.

“The girls just have to step it up and make it happen and get it going for themselves,” Radic continued. “So they’ve got to get excited, we’ve got to get one or two good serves or good hits or something — good block. We got to use that and get it going. That’s something that we need to learn.”
