Apply Now for the WorldBlu List of Freedom-Centered Cultures 2019

BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 5, 2019--WorldBlu, a company specializing in developing freedom-centered workplace cultures, today announced it is now accepting applications for the 13 th annual . Organizations from all sectors that have been in operation for at least one year with 10 or more employees and $1 million in annual revenue may apply for free for this prestigious global certification.

Well-known brands that have received certification as a WorldBlu certified Freedom-Centered Culture include DaVita, Mindvalley, The WD-40 Company, Zappos, Hulu, Pandora, and hundreds more worldwide, representing a diversity of industries.

Organizations are eligible for certification as a WorldBlu Freedom-Centered Culture after employees complete a short, yet rigorous assessment that evaluates their practice of organizational democracy at an individual employee, leadership, and systems and processes level and achieve the minimum standard score required.

All organizations that make The WorldBlu List of Freedom-Centered Cultures 2019 will be recognized on May 14, 2019. They will also be invited to an annual conference and awards ceremony later in the year.
