Colgate 81, Navy 67

HAMILTON, N.Y. (AP) _ Tucker Neale and Adonal Foyle combined for 23 of Colgate’s first 26 points in an 81-67 victory over Navy Wednesday night.

Neale finished with 28 points, including 18 in the first half when he hit four 3-pointers. Foyle scored 11 of his 14 points in the first half as Colgate (5-10 overall, 3-1 Patriot League) built a 39-23 lead at halftime.

T.J. Hall led Navy (8-7, 1-3) with 15 points.

Besides Neale and Foyle’s scoring, Dave Siegel’s 3-pointer at 12:11 tied the game at 11 and were Colgate’s only other points until Jimmy Maloney hit four free throws late in the half. Neale’s 3-pointer with 38 seconds left gave the Red Raiders their 16-point halftime margin.

Mike Roberts and Tim Bollin combined for 17 of Colgate’s first 19 points of the second half. Roberts’ 3-pointer with 8:36 remaining gave Colgate a 58-38 lead.

Foyle also had 9 rebounds and 7 blocked shots. Roberts added 13 points for Colgate.
