Beazer Homes wins PRISM honors

Beazer Homes, one of the nation’s largest builders, recently received PRISM Awards from the Greater Houston Builders Association.

Beazer was recognized in several categories, including product designs, community development and best-in-class personnel. Beazer was the PRISM winner in the following:

The Harper plan in Bluewater Lakes, Best Interior Merchandising for a Model Home — $300,000 - $350,000;

Bluewater Lakes, Best Model Home Park Design of the Year; and

The Sedona plan in Bridgeland, Best Green Building Single-Family Home of the Year.

Beazer also was recognized as a finalist in the following: Aldrin plan in Young Ranch, Front Elevation of the Year under $750,000; Sycamore plan in May Valley; Best Townhome Product of the Year; Capri model home in Bonbrook Lakes, Best Interior Merchandising for a Model Home — $250,000 to $300,000.

The company was a finalist for Humanitarian of the Year, Business, for Operation Finally Home with the Howard Hughes Corp.

Beazer personnel also were recognized. Winners were: Randy Wallace, “Sales Manager of the Year”; Jennifer Mauz, “Online Sales Professional of the Year”; Jenny Cooper, “Marketing Professional of the Year”; and Jason Higham won “Mortgage Specialist of the Year”. Finalists included Desiree Martinez, “Design Center Associate of the Year”, and Shelley Barreda, “Rookie On-Site Sales Professional of the Year.”
