Dodge County sheriff asking for information on burglaries

TOWN OF HERMAN -- The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in solving two burglaries that occurred in the town of Herman over the last couple of weeks.

Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt reported that a 2010 to 2014 Mazda 3 with dark tinted windows and two individuals are believed to be involved. The sheriff’s office has released pictures of the vehicle and the suspects. Schmidt asked anyone who may have obtained the vehicle’s license plate or is able to identify the individuals in the photos are asked to call the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office at 920-386-3726 and ask to speak with Detective Dean Hopp, Detective Andrew Rolfs or Detective Michael Willmann.

Schmidt encourages residents to implement home security practices that include locking doors, installing motion lights, maintaining a well-kept yard free of excessive shrubs and weeds as well as consider the installation of security cameras.
