Detective Charged in Car Crash

BERWYN, Ill. (AP) _ An off-duty Chicago police detective was charged with reckless homicide after a weekend car wreck that killed two people.
Jennifer DeLucia, 31, was ordered held on $20,000 bond Monday. Authorities said her blood-alcohol level was .184, more than twice the legal limit of .08.
DeLucia has been on the police force since 1992.
Killed were Gus Kukulas, 75, of Berwyn, and his wife, Voula, 65.
