ORGANIZED RETAIL THEFT, FORT MOHAVE — Edward Lyle Johanknecht Jr., 45, of Needles, was arrested Sept. 8, the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office reported. Deputies responded to a vacant lot at the intersection of Poplar Drive and Highway 95 for a report of a theft in the 5200 block of Highway 95. Deputies watched video surveillance of Johanknecht removing two large cardboard boxes containing a disassembled go-cart and loading them into the back of a truck before leaving the location. Deputies also said the man told them he intended to sell the items. Johanknecht was arrested on suspicion of organized retail theft. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/CRIMINAL DAMAGE/ASSAULT, BULLHEAD CITY — Joshua Raymond Heim, 33, and Kaycee Elizabeth Heim, 29, were arrested Sept. 8 in the 1000 block of Jocabima Drive. The couple was reported to have been in a fight during which the husband pushed the wife to the ground, threw an ice chest at her, threw her phone and repeatedly punched the television. Also during the fight, the wife was reported to have screamed at her husband and stabbed his mobile phone with a kitchen knife. Joshua Heim was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, criminal damage and assault — all pertaining to domestic violence. Kaycee Heim was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and criminal damage — both pertaining to domestic violence. Both were booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
SPEEDING, BULLHEAD CITY — Cassandra Kay Maggard, 56, was cited and released Sept. 8 for excessive speeding at Bullhead Parkway and Laughlin Ranch Boulevard. Police said she was traveling at an estimated 79 mph in a 50 mph zone.
WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Kyle Anthony Moos, 21, was arrested Sept. 8 near the intersection of Highway 95 and Bullhead Parkway because of a misdemeanor warrant in his name for interfering with judicial proceedings. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT/CRIMINAL DAMAGE/ASSAULT, BULLHEAD CITY — Rebekkah Allison Hull, 25, was arrested Sept. 8 in the 1600 block of Goldrush Road. It was reported that Hull got into an argument with her boyfriend and hit him. Hull was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, criminal damage and assault — all pertaining to domestic violence.
