Pedestrian hurt in Stamford accident
STAMFORD — A 24-year-old woman suffered injuries to both of her legs after she was struck by a car Tuesday at the corner of Forest Street and Greyrock Place.
The woman was hit by a tan car while in a crosswalk around 1:30 a.m., according to police.
She claimed she was knocked to the ground and suffered injuries to both of her legs.
The woman told police she spoke to the driver, who apologized, but did not give her any identification information.
She refused medical attention.
