43 people arrested overnight in West Virginia

BARBOURSVILLE - There were 43 people arrested and booked overnight in West Virginia’s Regional Jails.

There were seven people booked into the Southern Regional Jail and the South Central Regional Jail.

Locally at Barboursville, there were four people booked into the Western Regional Jail. One of those people, Homer Allen Spry, 41, was brought in at 6:30 a.m. Sunday by Cabell County authorities. Spry was booked on a felony charge of malicious assault as well as possession of a controlled substance.
