Oct. 1

San Juan J. Hernandez, 46, was sentenced to 365 days in jail, five years license revocation and fined $1,625 on charges of driving under the influence (BAC over .15) and public indecency.

A charge of disturbing the peace against Preston Bowdre, 30, was dismissed.

A charge of possession of a controlled substance against Kelly Lemay was dismissed.

Anthony W. Ryker, 27, was fined $750 on a charge of committing child abuse by neglect.

Michael Mapes, 22, was fined $190.52 on a charge of criminal mischief.

Jose Pena III, 62, was fined $800 on a charge of third-degree assault.

A charge of theft by shoplifting against Nichole Canseco, 22, was dismissed.

Oct. 2

Alec C. Rojas, 26, was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $150 on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Emmanuel J. DeLeon, 35, was sentenced to 14 in days jail, six months license revocation and fined $675 on a charge of driving under the influence.

Two counts of second-degree forgery against Tessa A. Mata, 26, were dismissed.

Stanley Blanco Jr., 52, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $550 on charges of possession of marijuana, second offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charges of boating under the influence and operating a personal watercraft after sundown against Kyler Worth, 25, were dismissed.

Adriana Billie, 18, was fined $350 on a charge of second-degree trespassing.

Danielle Bailey, 43, was fined $300 on charges of trespassing.

Dupre D. Albright, 43, was fined $550 on charges of violating a protection order.

Christen M. Boles, 20, was fined $175 on a charge of speeding and driving under suspension.

Jeffery A. Worth, 56, was fined $149 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Thomas J. Wilson, 20, was fined $149 on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edgar Reyes, 19, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Lionardo A. Ramirez, 30, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $750 on charges of criminal mischief, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct. 4

Brittany Cross, 26, was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $52 on a charge of assault.

Dallas D. Schnell-Warren was sentenced to 24 months probation, 60 days license revocation and fined $1,375 on a charge of driving under the influence.

Oct. 5

Ethan L. Kidd, 28, was fined $349 on a charge of possession of marijuana.

A charge of assault resulting in bodily injury to a person against Nicholas P. Pacifico, 39, was dismissed.

Brittney Martinez, 19, was fined $449 on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tanya L. Millard, 33, was fined $175 on a charge of no operator’s license and no proof of insurance.
