‘Track condition’ may delay some Metro-North trains
Metro-North is reporting delays on the Harlem, Hudson & New Haven lines Monday morning.
It says the delays are caused by a “a track condition requiring attention.”
Delays of up to 30 minutes are possible.
By 8:30 a.m., delays averaged 10 to 15 minutes.
Inbound and outboard trains from Grand Central Terminal are affected.

The weekday 7:29 p.m. and 9:32 p.m. inbound trains from Fordham to Grand Central Terminal may depart up to five minutes earlier than the time shown on the schedule.
These changes are being made to minimize train congestion in the area.
