Summer Creek pledges to get bigger, faster after spring game
Summer Creek coach Kenny Harrison gathered the Bulldogs after their spring game on Thursday and made sure they left the practice field with a message about the future.
Harrison reminded the team to focus on two things as they head into the offseason.
“One thing that we have to do in the summer time is get bigger and faster,” Harrison said. “Then get back in the fall and focus on the small things. If we do those things I feel really good about our chances in the fall.”
Summer Creek just completed its first spring football period under Harrison after a banner year. The Bulldogs made school history by making it all the way to the regional quarterfinals for the first time in the coach’s first year at the helm.
