Listeners qualify by registering on-line, then listening to hear their name on-air to be a finalist at the “Great Diamond & Ice Meltdown.” We’ll draw a name from our entries @ 7:10 a.m. - if you hear your name, you must call within 106 seconds to claim your spot as a finalist. If the person doesn’t call @ 7:10 a.m., we’ll draw at 12:10 p.m.; if that person doesn’t call, we’ll try again at 4:10 p.m. All finalists must be 18 and over.

1 finalist each day from February 4th thru February 14th.9 finalists from web entries; 1 from Norfolk Bridal & Prom Extravaganza.

As qualifiers arrive to the final event, they’ll receive a clear plastic cup with a Cubic Zirconia or a Real Diamond frozen in the ice. The water levels in the cups are different, so they melt at different intervals. When the ice melts, finalists take their stone to the prize table; the jeweler views the stone to see if they have the real loose diamond or a CZ. There are numbers on the bottom of the cups that match even more prizes from our co-sponsors - so each of the 10 finalists win a prize.

***FINALISTS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN FEBRUARY 17TH 3:00 P.M. @ DIVOTS. NO SUBSTITUTIONS.***
