Fleeing and DUI listed among HPD daily incident reports

HUNTINGTON - The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:

The Huntington Police Department listed 24 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Friday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

Certificate of inspection and approval, improper registration, suspended/revoked license - miscellaneous, 3:55 a.m. Friday, West 18th Street and Washington Avenue.

Fleeing from officer, no vehicle, shoplifting - first and second offense, 4:21 a.m. Friday, 400 block of West 18th Street.

Found property, warrant service/execution, 1:46 a.m. Friday, 1500 block of 6th Avenue.

Runaway juvenile, 9 p.m. Thursday, unit block of West 6th Avenue.

Wanton endangerment involving a firearm, 11:10 p.m. Thursday, 1100 block of Madison Avenue.

False pretenses with value of $1,000 or more, 9:16 p.m. Thursday, Huntington.

False pretenses with value of less than $1,000, midnight July 1, Riverview Lane.

Persons prohibited from possessing firearms - misdemeanor, possession of a controlled substance, 7:36 p.m. Thursday, 20th Street and 10th Avenue.

Petit larceny, 3:20 p.m. Aug. 29, 1900 block of Virginia Avenue.

Paraphernalia, 4:55 p.m. Thursday, West 14th Street and West 5th Avenue.

False pretenses with value of less than $1,000, 7 a.m. Aug. 23, 900 block of 5th Avenue.

DUI - second offense, suspended/revoked license - DUI first and second offense, warrant service/execution, 3:53 p.m. Thursday, 19th Street and 10th Avenue.

Paraphernalia, 12:20 p.m. Thursday, 1700 block of Marcum Terrace.

Burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 10:54 a.m. Thursday, 200 block of Short Street in Guyandotte.

Recovered stolen auto, 9:35 a.m. Thursday, 1500 block of 9th Avenue.

Petit larceny, 10:35 a.m. Aug. 30, Hills Court.

Petit larceny, 10:20 a.m. June 25, 100 block of Oney Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 9:06 a.m. Thursday, 2700 block of 3rd Avenue.

Breaking and entering, 5 p.m. Wednesday, 1000 block of 20th Street.

Robbery - first degree, 4:30 a.m. Thursday, 1500 block of Madison Avenue.

Possession of marijuana, 11:31 p.m. Wednesday, West Court Street and Waverly Road.

Warrant service/execution, 3:50 a.m. Thursday, 800 block of 5 1/2 Alley.

Possession with intent/delivery of a controlled substance, child neglect creating risk of injury, warrant service/execution, 12:51 a.m. Thursday, 200 block of Richmond Street, Guyandotte.

Warrant service/execution, DUI less than 0.150, 12:34 a.m. Thursday, Memorial Boulevard and West 14th Street.

The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:

Basil Boatwright, 41, was jailed at 11:10 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with grand larceny. Bond was $25,000.

Robert Dewayne Clarke, 40, was jailed at 10:15 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was not set.

Ronald Lee Westmoreland, 55, was jailed at 2:30 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County jailed him on an active warrant. Bond was not set.

Barry Kent Mullins II, 28, was jailed at 6:15 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, persons prohibited from carrying firearms, no insurance and driving on a revoked license. Bond was not set.

Charles E. Woods, 35, was jailed at 7:40 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with 10 counts of failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was $100,000.
