San Francisco took an 18-14 lead on a Julie Murdent basket at 8:10, but the Dons couldn’t hold up for long against the stronger and more physical Colorado team.

Colorado went on a 16-5 run late in the first half, with six points from Thomas. LaShena Graham’s basket before the halftime buzzer gave Colorado a 31-23 lead.
