FCPT Announces a 4.5% Increase to Fourth Quarter 2018 Dividend
MILL VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 28, 2018--Four Corners Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FCPT) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2875 per share (equivalent to $1.15 per share per annum) for the fourth quarter of 2018. This represents a 4.5% increase from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on January 14, 2019 to shareholders of record as of January 4, 2019.
FCPT, headquartered in Mill Valley, CA, is a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the acquisition and leasing of restaurant properties. FCPT will seek to grow its portfolio by acquiring additional real estate to lease, on a net basis, for use in the restaurant and related food services industry.
