Noted S.A. chef opening ceviche restaurant Oct. 15

Ceasar Zepeda, the chef and owner behind Sangria on the Burg, is set to debut his new restaurant concept next month. Ceviche Ceviche, a fast-casual eatery with a focus on seafood, will open Oct. 15.

Ceviche Ceviche will serve a selection of ceviches that will change regularly based on seasonal seafood availability. Customers can order one of several bowls designed by Zepeda or opt to build their own from a wide variety of ingredients.

The restaurant also will include a michelada bar, providing customers multiple ways to garnish their drinks, and a selection of wine and beer.

Ceviche Ceviche will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at at 18360 Blanco Road, Suite 120. More at cevichecevichesa.com.
