HUDSON, N.H. -- A Hudson man was arrested Wednesday on fraud-related charged that stem from a months-long investigation, according to the Hudson Police Department.
Mark Leach, 59, was charged with four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card all being Class A misdemeanors, one count of fraudulent use of a credit card, a Class A felony, and one count of identity fraud, aC lass A felony, according to a release. Police said the investigation arose from allegations that Leach used his father’s identity and credit card to make several purchases without proper authorization.
Leach was released on $20,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned at the 9th Circuit Court in Nashua, N.H. on Sept. 13, according to police.
