BARCELONA, Spain (AP) — Barcelona says Netherlands goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen will be sidelined for about six weeks after injuring his right leg.

The Spanish club says Cillessen tore a muscle while training on Friday.

His injury means he will miss the Copa del Rey semifinal tie against Real Madrid set to start on Wednesday. The second leg is on Feb. 27.

Cillessen has spent two seasons as a backup to Marc-Andre ter Stegen in the Champions League and Spanish league. But he has started in the Copa del Rey, helping it win the cup for the past two seasons and reach the final four of this edition.
