ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) _ Rony Seikaly scored 26 points and Bo Outlaw had 16 points and 10 rebounds Saturday night to lead the Orlando Magic to a 96-87 victory over the Toronto Raptors.

Penny Hardaway added 17 points and Outlaw, replacing injured starter Nick Anderson at forward, matched a career high with seven assists to help the Magic even their record at 3-3.

Marcus Camby led Toronto, which lost for the fourth time in five games, with 17 points. Carlos Rogers had 14 points, Zan Tabak 13 and Damon Stoudamire 12 points and nine assists for the Raptors.

Orlando led 54-45 at the half and 77-64 going into the fourth quarter. The Raptors trailed by 16 before holding the Magic scoreless for nearly five minutes to trim the deficit to 82-75 with 5:50 to go.

The Magic pulled out of the cold spell at the foul line, where they scored 10 of their last 14 points. Hardaway's layup and short jumper were the only Orlando field goals in the last five minutes.

Notes: Mark Price had his most productive game since joining the Magic with 13 points. He also stopped an 0-for-11 streak from behind the 3-point line, going 1-for-3. ... Orlando shot 15 free throws to Toronto's 1 while outscoring the Raptors 11-0 from the foul line in the second quarter. ... The Magic played without starters Anderson (jammed left thumb) and Derek Harper (bruised right quadriceps) ... Walt Williams, Toronto's second-leading scorer (17.7 points), missed the game because of a groin injury.
