MANASQUAN _ Storm surge barriers to temporarily close off inlets and portions of bays during severe storms are among measures envisioned in a new study to protect New Jersey coastal areas from back bay flooding. INDIANAPOLIS _ There’s one quarterback at the NFL scouting combine that New York Giants coach Pat Shurmur has absolutely fallen in love with, and it’s not Kyler Murray, Dwyane Haskins, Drew Lock, Daniel Jones or Ryan Finley.
