Pakistan bats against Bangladesh at World T20
MIRPUR, Bangladesh (AP) — Pakistan captain Mohammad Hafeez won the toss and elected to bat first against Bangladesh in their World Twenty20 Group 2 match on Sunday.
Pakistan brought in pace bowler Sohail Tanvir for Bilawal Bhatti while Bangladesh played experienced left-arm spinner Abdur Razzak in place of Sohag Gazi.
A win for Pakistan will make its next match against the West Indies on Tuesday a virtual quarterfinal as both teams will have two wins each.
India has already secured a berth in the semifinals with three consecutive wins.
