MIAMI (AP) _ Actress Natasha Lyonne will plead guilty to a drunken driving charge from a crash last August, attorneys said.

Assistant State Attorney Lara Penn said a plea agreement has been reached that will sentence the 23-year-old as a first-time offender. That means Lyonne will ``have on her record a conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol.″

``Her case is being handled as any other first-time offender with the all the penalties for a first conviction,″ Penn said Monday.

The plea deal will become official Aug. 14 before Miami-Dade County Court Judge Beth Bloom, Penn said. Lyonne will not have to appear in court.

Her Miami attorney, David Rothman, confirmed the plea agreement, but said, ``I’ve not yet been able to talk to my client.″

Penn said Lyonne will plead guilty, pay a $250 fine, $749 in court costs and other charges, have her driver’s license suspended for six months, have her own car impounded for 10 days and be required to perform 50 hours of community service.

The co-star of the ``American Pie″ movies also will be placed on six-months probation, attend a two-hour victim impact panel conducted by Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and pay restitution for a road sign damaged in the crash.

Miami Beach police arrested Lyonne on Aug. 28 after she crashed her rental car while rounding a curve around 2 a.m. She was charged with careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident and driving under the influence.
