MILAN, Italy (AP) _ Kenya's Patrick Ivuti captured the Stramilano half marathon for the second straight year, winning easily Saturday ahead of Ukraine's Sergey Lebed.

Ivuti finished the 13.1 miles in 1 hour, 49 seconds.

Lebed was the runner-up last week in the long course at the World Cross Country Championships in Belgium. He was followed in third place by Italy's Giuliano Battocletti.

Ivuti maintained Kenya's dominance in this race. Moses Tanui won from 1990 to 1993, followed by six straight victories by fellow Kenyan Paul Tergat.
