JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) _ Jaguars right tackle Zach Wiegert will have arthroscopic surgery on his left knee this week, sidelining him indefinitely.

Wiegert started every game for the Jaguars this season until Sunday, when he sat out the 24-17 loss to the New York Giants.

Running back Fred Taylor said his back was sore after tests Monday. He took a knee to the back during Sunday’s game.

Defensive tackle Marcus Stroud was having tests on his knee. Giants tackle Mike Rosenthal chop-blocked Stroud, injuring a ligament. He returned to the game but coach Tom Coughlin said his status is uncertain.
