CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Fifth-ranked Duke will take on No. 12 Florida State in the ACC championship game Saturday in Charlotte. Zion Williamson scored 31 points and provided the game-winning tip-in with 30.3 seconds left to send the Blue Devils past No. 3 North Carolina, 74-73. David Nichols scored 14 points and Phil Cofer had 11 points for the Seminoles in a 69-59 victory over second-ranked Virginia.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Marial Shayok hit back-to-back 3-pointers right in front of his own bench to give Iowa State the lead in the final minute of a 63-59 upset over No. 15 Kansas State in the Big 12 semifinals. Shayok finished with 21 points, and Weiler-Babb had 12, as the Cyclones advanced to play Kansas. The Jayhawks moved into the title game by getting 24 points from Dedric Lawson in an 88-74 verdict over West Virginia.

NEW YORK (AP) — The first game of the Big East semifinals had Phil Booth scoring 28 points and Jermaine Samuels hitting a trio of clutch 3-pointers to send No. 25 Villanova past Xavier, 71-67 in overtime. Myles Powell scored 18 of his 22 points in the second half to carry Seton Hall to an 81-79 win over No. 23 Marquette and a berth in the Big East title game. Conference Player of the Year Markus Howard scored 21 points, but he finished 1 for 15 from the field and missed a potential game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Florida has advanced to the SEC semifinals by stunning ninth-ranked LSU. The Gators rallied from a 13-point deficit in the second half before Andrew Nembhard hit a 3-pointer with a second left to give Florida a 76-73 win over the Tigers. No. 22 Auburn beat South Carolina, 73-64, fourth-ranked Kentucky earned a 73-55 win against Alabama and No. 8 Tennessee knocked off Mississippi State, 83-76.

CHICAGO (AP) — Cassius Winston scored 18 points and Foster Loyer came off the bench to add a career-high 14 points in sixth-ranked Michigan State’s 77-70 victory against Ohio State. Zavier Simpson sparked a balanced attack with 10 points and 11 assists in No. 10 Michigan’s 75-53 stifling of Iowa. Jordan Murphy scored 27 points in Minnesota’s 75-73 upset of No. 13 Purdue, and Wisconsin earned a 66-62 win over Nebraska as Nate Reuvers scored 14 points and D’Mitrik Trice hit a clutch 3-pointer with 58 seconds left.
