ARGUSVILLE, N.D. (AP) — Authorities say a man wanted on felony charges in western Montana has been arrested following a long search in North Dakota.
KFGO reports the man stole a car in Fargo and eluded Cass County authorities after they responded to a report of a suspicious person in the Argusville area Wednesday afternoon.
Multiple law enforcement agencies and search dogs were used to track down 41-year-old Aragorn Jake Berger. He was located following a five-hour search.
Officials in Missoula County, Montana, say a warrant was issued for Berger after he violated the terms of his pre-trial release on felony burglary and theft charges filed after a January break-in at a Missoula car dealership.
