AquaVenture: 2Q Earnings Snapshot
ROAD TOWN, Virgin Islands, British (AP) _ AquaVenture Holdings Ltd. (WAAS) on Wednesday reported a loss of $3.5 million in its second quarter.
The Road Town, Virgin Islands, British-based company said it had a loss of 13 cents per share.
The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 25 cents per share.
The provider of filtered water systems and related services posted revenue of $51.4 million in the period, also surpassing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $47.9 million.
AquaVenture expects full-year revenue in the range of $192 million to $197 million.
AquaVenture shares have declined 10% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed almost 2% in the last 12 months.
