PotlatchDeltic Announces Tax Treatment for 2018 Dividend Distributions

SPOKANE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 10, 2019--PotlatchDeltic Corporation (NASDAQ: PCH) announced today the tax treatment for its dividend distributions made in 2018 on the company’s Common Stock. The total dividend distributions of $5.13809258 per share are classified for income tax purposes as $1.60 of Capital Gain Distributions (long-term 20% rate) and $3.53809258 as Qualified Dividends from the special dividend paid to distribute Deltic Timber Corporation’s accumulated earnings and profits.
