Luzerne County Dairy Court Members Announced

The Luzerne County Dairy Princess Promotions Team held its annual pageant and banquet May 5 at Sweet Valley Church of Christ. The new Dairy Court for 2019-20 was announced at the pageant. The Dairy Court will spend the next year promoting local farmers and the dairy industry in general. They reminded the public to look for the number 42 on milk cartons, which indicates the milk being purchased is from Pennsylvania. At this year’s pageant, Kaelyn Traver was crowned the 2019-20 Luzerne County Dairy Princess. The Dairy Court acknowledged the following for their support: Reds Pizza and Subs, Pizza Bella, Spare Time Pizza, Little Lenny’s Cheesecake Bakery, Foodtown, Weis, Sweet Valley Greenhouse, Delkanics, Lehman Nursery, Autumn Gordon, Ally Steltz Photography, Julie Loch, and Rocky Bonomo.
