STUDENT FEE LAWSUIT
COEUR D’ALENE — A former Idaho Supreme Court justice has filed a federal lawsuit against the state over the student fees charged to public school students. UPCOMING: 300 words by noon.
BOISE — Five years ago, Boise mosaic artists Reham Aarti and Anna Webb spent hundreds of hours over eight weeks installing more than 300,000 tiles on a roundabout just downhill from the Boise Depot.
