Woman pleads guilty to rape after talk show admission
CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (AP) _ A woman who admitted on ``The Jerry Springer Show″ to having a relationship with a 16-year-old boy pleaded guilty Wednesday to rape.
Dawn Marie Eaves, 24, admitted that she had sex with the teen, who is the younger brother of the father of one of Eaves’ three children.
Police began investigating Eaves, of Geneva, N.Y., after she discussed the relationship during two appearances on the Chicago-based talk show.
During the first show, which focused on ``homewreckers,″ Michael Griffith, the teen’s brother, confronted Eaves about her relationship with the 16-year-old. A fistfight then broke out between Griffith and various guests.
