PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) _ Paul Romanczuk and Jed Ryan each scored a game-high 11 points, all in the second half, to rally Penn to a 59-53 Ivy League victory over Brown on Saturday.

Brown (1-12 overall, 0-2 Ivy League) held a 29-22 halftime lead.

The Quakers (5-4, 2-0) opened the second half by outscoring the Bears 11-2, taking the lead for good 33-31 on a three-point basket by Matt Langel with 13:52 left in the game.

Kamal Rountree led Brown with 11 points, followed by Aaron Butler with 10 points.
