FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A West Fargo man is accused of stealing a pickup truck left running, then ramming a police vehicle as authorities closed in on him.

Fargo police say the 25-year-old suspect stole the pickup at Casey's General Store while its owner was inside paying for gas Monday night.

KFGO reports officers tracked down the stolen vehicle, tried to stop it, but the suspect rammed the police SUV and drove off. The officer behind the wheel was not hurt.

Police used OnStar to disable the truck. The man was arrested and booked into the jail.
