1. A shooting involving a federal prisoner in the custody of the U.S. Marshals took place in the Medical Center Hospital patient tower at approximately 4:13 p.m. Monday.

2. Odessa City Council members will consider approving two consent agenda items tonight that address housing options for construction crews and the creation of a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone.

3. Ector County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man Monday morning after he led deputies on a pursuit in a stolen vehicle that spanned from West Odessa to east Odessa.

4. Odessa police are searching for a man accused of stabbing two men and attempting to stab a third person early Sunday morning.

5. When Carolyn Gonzalez heard that Holy Cross High School would soon be looking for someone to head it, she was at mass. She felt God was telling her that was what she needed to do next. The school will initially be hosted by St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and is set to start in fall 2019.
