Q2 Holdings: 3Q Earnings Snapshot
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) _ Q2 Holdings Inc. (QTWO) on Tuesday reported a loss of $8.9 million in its third quarter.
The Austin, Texas-based company said it had a loss of 21 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and non-recurring costs, were 9 cents per share.
The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of nine analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 1 cent per share.
The provider of online banking software posted revenue of $60.5 million in the period, also topping Street forecasts. Six analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $60.2 million.
For the current quarter ending in December, Q2 Holdings said it expects revenue in the range of $64.9 million to $65.3 million.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $238.8 million to $239.2 million.
Q2 Holdings shares have increased 41 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $51.95, a rise of 24 percent in the last 12 months.
