Police: 4 people shot in Hartford
HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Police in Hartford say four people have been injured in a daytime shooting.
Hartford Police said on Twitter Saturday that the incident happened sometime in the afternoon in the city’s North End.
They didn’t disclose the extent of the victims’ injuries but said all were conscious and alert after being hurt. They also said two of the victims were treated on the scene while two others were taken to a nearby hospital.
It’s not clear if the shooter or shooters have been identified or apprehended. Police haven’t released further details but are urging people to avoid the area.
