After four cycles with the same candidates, voters in New Hampshire’s 1st Congressional District will have two new names on their ballots Tuesday, while the 2nd District and gubernatorial races both feature incumbents. CONCORD, N.H. — The New Hampshire Supreme Court is going to decide whether to grant the appeal of a prep school graduate who was convicted in 2015 of using a computer to lure a girl for sex and assaulting her. Owen Labrie, of Tunbridge, Vermont, was acquitted of raping the 15-year-old classmate at St. Paul’s School. SENT: 130 words. UPCOMING: 400 words by 3 p.m.
