Orchids and Onions: Thursday, November 29, 2018
Another beautiful day in Havasu...
Orchids to Tim at Safelite AutoGlass and Justin at Bodyline AutoBody. They were so helpful in getting my windshield replaced while I was in town via road trip from Iowa visiting family in Lake Havasu for thanksgiving. They were amazingly friendly, and quick! My return trip will be so much safer now.
Onions to the onion giver regarding women here. I am a very attractive female from Vegas and wouldn’t waste my time on the Havasu page or the lazy, drinking men here. Missing the healthy, sexy people in Vegas.
Orchids to Bullhead City for having great gas prices $2.38 a gallon. Since we all go shopping at Kohl’s, we might as well buy gas there too.
Onions to the inconsiderate lady, who snores all night like a man. I’ve been told it can be heard through walls. Maybe it is time to seek medical help? Must be nice to get 10 hours of sleep.
Orchids to Jennifer and all the crew at Fine Line Muffler N Automotive for the installation of my Jeep Wrangler tires, wheels and lift kit. The estimate to do the install was exactly what I paid out the door. Also, the quality and workmanship of the install were very clean and professional. Thank-you
Onions to grocery store employees who come to work obviously ill, blowing their snot around food and coughing in customers’ faces at the checkout line. Hundreds of people go through a line and every person is at risk due one inconsiderate person and/or business that allows them to work that way.
Orchids to the Eagles Volunteers for making Thanksgiving very special.
Onions to people neglecting their dogs. They are left outside 24/7 and never stop barking. Rude and inconsiderate to neighbors, also the people next door are keeping puppies in their cold garage. Why have pets?
Orchids to Skye at the Sprint store. Professional, smart, friendly, thorough. She really knows her job and does it with a smile! Thank you, Skye!
Onions to running out of popular sale items on day one of four-day specials, no restock intended, no raincheck. Same chain has one-day only sales that deplete shelves within first few hours, again no offer of raincheck. Is it poor planning or just plain bad business? I smell bait-and-switch. Stinks.
