Hudson Man Charged with DWI After Car Crashes into Tree
HUDSON, N.H. -- A man who suffered serious injuries from a Sunday night car crash faces one criminal count, according to Hudson police Lt. Tad Dionne.
Daniel Bonilla, 21, of Hudson, was traveling west on Kimball Hill Road at about 11 p.m., when his vehicle, a Ford Ranger, went off the road between Clement and Gibson Road and slammed into a tree, Dionne said.
He was transported by ambulance to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center with serious injuries.
Bonilla was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, Dionne said. His next court date is Oct. 25. He was released on bail, but remained hospitalized, according to Dionne.
