POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. (AP) _ Tomer Karni hit three free throws in the final 20 seconds to seal a 68-65 Marist victory over Manhattan Wednesday night.

Marist (6-1) came back from a 12-point deficit at 13:15 of the second half. Marist went on a 16-4 run to tie the game at 58 with 3:45 remaining. Karni hit a 3-pointer at 2:45 to put the Red Foxes ahead for good.

Marist led 35-34 at halftime. But Manhattan (4-5) erupted with a 14-3 run at the start of the second half to take a 48-38 lead.

Heshimu Evans led Manhattan with 18 points.

Karni and Danny Basile led Marist with 15 points apiece. Alan Tomidy added 10 points and 11 rebounds.
