Amber Hulse of Hot Springs crowned Miss South Dakota
BROOKINGS, S.D. (AP) — A Hot Springs woman has been crowned the new Miss South Dakota.
Amber Hulse is a 20-year-old student at South Dakota State University where she is studying political science.
Hulse was the first runner-up last year.
She will represent South Dakota in the Miss America Pageant in Atlantic City, New Jersey, in September.
