Senior Activity Center schedule for Dec. 24-29

POCATELLO — On Monday, the Senior Activity Center will host bridge and pool.

On Tuesday, the center will be closed for Christmas however the doors will open at 1 p.m. for a free Christmas meal provided by the Whitworth Family. All are welcomed! They will serve dinner until 3 p.m. People in need of Christmas meal deliveries may call Rayna Evans to order a meal at 208-339-1551.

On Wednesday, the center will host Zumba at 8:30 a.m., special bridge 9:30 a.m., Gene Galloway will entertain seniors at 11:30 a.m., hand and foot, bridge, pinochle and ballroom dancing at 1 p.m., and ping pong at 3 p.m.

On Thursday, the center will host breakfast from 7:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Then fit & fall at 11:30 a.m., pinochle 1 p.m., Health & Diet class from John Jones at 1 p.m., karaoke at 7 p.m.

On Friday, the center will host Zumba at 8:30 a.m. bridge at 9:30 a.m., creative writing at 1 p.m., Jackpot Bingo at 1:15 p.m. and a Friday night dance at 7:30 p.m. featuring DJ Steve Riley.

On Saturday, the center will host a Saturday night dance featuring DJ John Jones at 7:30 p.m.

On Monday, Dec. 31, the Center will have a New Year’s Eve fundraiser dance from 8 p.m. to midnight. There will be a $5 fee per person charged at the door. The Senior Activity Center will provide party favors and sparkling cider. Attendees are asked to bring a “tasty” dish or dessert.
