Missing kayaker report leads search crews to Merrimack River
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Search crews in boats are at the Merrimack River in Concord, New Hampshire, after getting a report of a missing kayaker.
WMUR-TV reports the man was kayaking with his brother when both kayaks overturned about 7:15 a.m. Thursday.
One of the kayakers made it to shore safely, but the other remains missing.
A State police airplane is also assisting in the search.
