Nov. 15

Woodrow W. Pester, 56, was sentenced to 2 days jail, 12 months probation and one year license revocation and fined $1,615 on a charge of driving under influence (BAC over .15), leaving the scene of an accident and no proof of insurance.

Esequiel Rodriguez, 37, was sentenced to 14 days jail, 6 months license revocation and fined $575 on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs.

Rebecca A. Hernandez, 32, was sentenced to 90 days jail and fined $52 on a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance.

Nov. 16

Vincent H. Rossignol, 75, was fined $149 on a charge of failure to yield the right of way.

Sherri Akers, 55, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Jessica Roebuck, 30, was fined $250 on charges of second-degree trespassing and disturbing the peace.

Kaleb Delier, 20, was fined $350 on a charge of minor in possession.

Nov. 19

Jarhrie R. Mills, 34, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Olivia C. Paddock, 23, was fined $250 on two counts of disturbing the peace.

Dakota M. Shahinian, 19, was fined $652 on charges of reckless driving and minor in possession.

Ty L. Dunkel, 24, was fined $149 on a charge of procuring/selling alcohol to a minor.

Nov. 25

1:26 a.m. — In the 1800 block of 21st Avenue, officers Conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was driving without its headlights. An investigation was performed and Jorge Monetelongo, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence and operating the vehicle while being under the influence of alcohol.

2:40 a.m. — In the 1400 block of 17th Avenue, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that failed to use its turn signal. Officers conducted a search of the vehicle, allegedly locating a small amount of methamphetamine and seizing several drug related items. Matthew Moore, 32, and Valencia Jumping Eagle, 24, were arrested.

7:50 a.m. — An officer responded to the 1200 block of East 7th Street in regard to a complaint of criminal mischief. Reporting party identified a suspect however, an officer was unable to locate suspect in area.

8:50 a.m. — Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of 7th Avenue in regard to a disturbance. Police arrested Jeremiah Kershaw, 41, on a charge of third degree domestic assault.

11:42 p.m. — In the 500 block of East 17th Street, an officer stopped a driver for a vehicle having expired registration stickers. After further investigation, Juan Contreras, 31, was cited for no valid registration, no proof of insurance, and possession of marijuana.

Nov. 26

7:20 a.m. — In the 1300 block of East Overland, officers responded to this address to investigate a reported burglary. Once at the location it was found that an assault had occurred. The victim received minor injuries. A suspect was named but not contacted. Investigation was ongoing as of the date of the report.

8:48 a.m. — An officer responded to Menards, 2401 Delta Drive, in reference to a possible shoplifting. After investigation, police arrested Sarai Amanda Cueva Hurtado, 36, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a police officer and a Scotts Bluff County warrant.
